The lighting method we pursue is a lighting method on the macro level with aesthetic significance. From a macro level analysis, or from the perspective of receiving aesthetics, lighting methods are basically divided into the following four types.

1. The multi-point lighting method is a classic lighting method. The disadvantage is that the light has no sense of hierarchy, and there is no charm of light and shadow. 3. Virtual lighting method It mainly uses special lamps to imitate a certain kind of weather in nature or a certain light in social life, resulting in an effect similar to natural simulation, which can also be called simulated lighting method.

The characteristic of the virtual lighting method is that there is only one main light direction, and there is only one main light in the whole scene. Of course, the only main light is often caused by multiple lamps, and rarely a single lamp. Regardless of the main light, auxiliary light, backlight, effect light, or decorative light, there is a realistic basis, that is, the light source can be found in the scene.

What kind of environment there is, there is what kind of light; what kind of light is there, there must be an environment that produces this kind of light. The environment is integrated with the light, just like a scene in nature or real life, real and natural. Fourth, the decorative lighting method refers to the use of certain lighting equipment to produce abstract patterns on the background of the picture, or to create a continuously changing three-dimensional "light" shape in the scene, which has no direct relationship with the performer, mainly To decorate and render the atmosphere, use a slide projector or a spotlight with a pattern plate to project patterns on gauze, curtains or smoke.

Use a variety of computer lights and laser lights to project 2D or 3D light shapes on the scene or in the air. As a lighting designer, it must be considered that light not only provides illumination, but also creates atmosphere and creates climax. As an important means of stage space performance, lighting is playing an increasingly important role in stage art.

From being only for the needs of lighting to now playing an active role, lighting is gradually actively participating in the performance. Light has a spiritual radiation effect. Once it penetrates into the emotional waves of the drama and integrates with the performance, the stage light can give the audience a feeling and an arousal, thereby generating psychological resonance and thinking association.
