The greatest challenges of this project: The schedule for the opening ceremony is fixed, resulting in an extremely tight overall delivery timeline. Coupled with the harsh outdoor coastal conditions in Hainan featuring high temperature, high humidity and salt spray corrosion, stringent dual requirements are imposed on delivery efficiency, waterproof reliability of products and on-site technical support. Faced with the client’s urgent demands, Yellow River Lighting coordinated efforts across the whole industrial chain to tackle difficulties. Pre-project technical coordination & rapid implementation of solutions：
Upon receiving the project brief, the technical team of Yellow River Lighting traveled to the project site in Hainan for on-site survey and testing. The team completed site measurement covering three key zones: the floating main water stage, shore lighting towers and the Silk Road Twin Towers, and rapidly delivered a complete luminaire layout plan.

A four-layer lighting system was designed for this waterside live venue. The layers serve foreground talent illumination, mid-ground water screen atmosphere rendering, distant building contour outlining and aerial effect beams respectively. The lighting configuration matches the narrative rhythm and visual expression requirements of the four chapters throughout the performance.
Accelerated scheduling across all production lines, express shipment within 7 days upon contract signing：
An internal priority expedited channel was launched for the project. Multiple departments including procurement, production, quality inspection and warehouse worked in parallel to coordinate and allocate a full set of outdoor IP66 luminaires, such as waterproof moving beam lights, waterproof moving pattern lights, full-range LED waterproof wash lights and waterproof moving profile lights.
Less than one week after contract signing, the complete lighting equipment was packed and loaded for direct delivery to the project site in Hainan. This broke the conventional delivery cycle for large cultural tourism live lighting projects and eased the client’s construction schedule pressure.

Dedicated technicians stay on-site throughout the whole project, conducting installation and commissioning until the opening ceremony：
Upon arrival of the goods at the site, the company immediately dispatched a professional engineering and technical team for on-site support:
- Provide full guidance for truss hoisting, luminaire mounting, waterproof cable routing and construction of the dual-path DMX signal backup system, and implement anti-corrosion and leakage protection measures for seaside equipment.
- Conduct round-the-clock equipment patrol and inspection. Regularly check equipment heat dissipation and waterproof sealing performance to adapt to the coastal high salt spray and high humidity environment, and continuously optimize lighting and visual effects.
Working day and night, the team maintained full support until the smooth staging of the Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival Opening Ceremony on July 18th. The lighting system operated stably with zero faults throughout the entire performance.

On the night of the opening ceremony, mirror reflections on the water surface blended with water mist effects. Light beams traveled between the twin towers and antique sailing vessel. Li and Miao ethnic patterns and dynamic imagery of Silk Road merchant ships were projected in rotation. Fireworks burst in perfect sync with lighting, creating an immersive atmosphere and forming an iconic night sightseeing spot for the Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival.
