This is our latest design for the spotlight in 2023, it has the following advantage:

1.the comprehensive linear ventilation system design, access to the wind without any obstacles, copper pipe heat dissipation efficiency is high.

Design analysis: The air inlet is designed around the case, and the fan inhales the cold air and blows the heat holder directly. The fan uses 12025 specifications, and the copper tube radiator is of high efficiency. The cooling surface and the diffusing air surface are equal in width, so that the inhaled cold air fully enters the air deflector of the radiator, and the hot air is discharged in a straight line, the heat dissipation efficiency is the highest, and the noise is reduced. The design of the whole ventilation system effectively ensures that the inlet and outlet air surface is large, the noise is low, the wind path is smooth, and the maximum temperature of the lamp in summer is below 66℃.

2.Two modes to choose: A: silent breeze (34dBA) mode B: no fan absolute silent (0dBA) mode

Design analysis: The default A mode, the fan does not rotate below 40 degrees, the fan rotates above 40 degrees is a breeze, the noise is 34dBA(conventional ambient noise is 43dBA), far lower than the ambient noise, equivalent to usually can not hear this level of sound, suitable for performance stage, conference hall, banquet hall, auditorium.

If you need to use in an absolutely silent environment (do not allow any noise), you can choose B mode, the fan does not rotate, J200Q 4-in-1 light source in the case of not lasting 30 minutes of full light (such as the use of programming to walk) will not reach a high temperature state, can be completely silent use; J200 full white light source full power use, 30 minutes after the lamp will reach a high temperature energy-saving state, the power will be appropriate, the lowest drop to 80W or so.

3.linear dimming using sine smooth subdivision technology.

Design analysis: Conventional linear dimming is a common way of dimming without jumping, but in order to smooth dimming, there will be a certain delay in the light and constant light, long-term performance will cause fatigue to the human eye; On the basis of linear dimming, the use of sine smooth dimming technology to replace delay, dimming will be more delicate, making the light and constant light are more natural, and long-term performance will not cause fatigue to the human eye.

4. aluminum alloy shell + fine sand wear-resistant spray paint.

Design analysis: The front and back shells are die-cast aluminum, the middle uses pulled aluminum, and the overall shell design uses a circular appearance + a solitary bottom shell, reflecting the inherent style of the Yellow River: streamlined design concept. The use of fine sand spray paint, wear-resistant, not easy to scratch, very comfortable touch.
